Seven steps for living a healthy lifestyle.
1. Breath
Conscious breathing is very important. We all breathe, but how many of us breathe consciously? It takes awareness. It takes presence to breathe consciously. Breathe consciously as often as you can. Whenever you are reminded to breathe, it’s as simple as that.
2. Rest
Get plenty of rest. Get to bed early, wake up early. Sleep, rest determines how your day will play out, how you will feel throughout the day, so get plenty of it.
3. Hydration
Stay hydrated. There should never be a moment when you’re thirsty and you do not have water beside you. You should always have a water bottle or a jar of water, glass, however you like it.
