It’s motivating to create a morning ritual that you look forward to. If working out isn’t your thing, a morning workout won’t motivate you to get up earlier in the morning. Maybe you like to drink a cup of coffee in the morning while reading the newspaper or a book. Find something that inspires or motivates you to get out of bed earlier. Choose an activity that provides relaxation.
