It can be difficult staying cool in the summer, especially if you don’t have air conditioning in your home. That’s why taking cold showers can help, it not only cools you down but you will feel a lot better as well.
Use ice packs and take coldshowers
Make sure you are getting your air conditioner checked, just in case it stops working. If it does cold showers isn’t bad I take them once in awhile it’s hard at first but I feel great once I get out.
Drink lots and lots ofwater
In the summer our body will try to cool down with sweating, it leads to dehydration that’s why we need to drink water.
Make a smoothie to cooldown
Cold smoothie will bring your temperature down it will also keep you hydrated.
Keep plastic bottles of water in thefreezer
