When writing for self, you can do it however you like. But if you want other people to enjoy and come back to your writing, it needs to grab their attention, give them something and be relatable.

Here are some tips to get better at writing!

Incorporate story telling. Share your story in your own words. Make up plausible stories that are relative to your topic.

Humanize the context with stories that make dry facts and information sound more interesting.

Use tools such as the The Emotional Thesaurus to help use more colorful words to get your point across. There is an entire series that can fit your specific writing topic.
