I think it’s amazing how overly ambitious we become when we’re ready to make a change. We tell ourselves that we’re done with sweets, that exercise will happen EVERY DAY, and that there will be no more alcohol. I think we do this because we want instant results. This is not surprising, given the instant world that we live in. Of course, making huge changes all at once never works in the long-run, simply because it’s not sustainable. And yet it’s so easy to fall into that trap.

The other day, a client of mine sent me this photo and said, “This is what you teach”.
