How It Felt: At the halfway point I did not want to run the full 90 minutes. But once I hit the hour mark, I felt great! The hike was rough at first, but then it was absolutely wonderful.
Commentary: Friday I drove to Ogden, UT to visit a friend. Since I had my long run today, my plan was to get up at 6am, drive to Anytime Fitness, and knock out my run. My friend was supposed to get up at 8:30am, so I figured that was just enough time to get my run in and get back before he woke up.
