I just flicked through my five-minute journal where I listed every morning three things I am grateful for. And I noticed that over the last weeks I almost every (!) morning wrote that I’m grateful for my morning routine. So I thought it might be worth to write a blog post about it.
I love my morning routine because it wakes me up in a very gentle way and leaves me energised and fresh for the day. It is the time of the day that is reserved for myself. For checking in. Nourishing myself. Centering myself. And probably the best thing about it is, that it rescues me from completely crashing the ground on a bad hair day.
So what is the secret of a good morning routine?
