Life can get overwhelming but your mental health should be one of your priorities. Here are 5 ways that will help you prioritize your mental health in 2020:
Be selfish- when it comes to your mental health it’s okay to be selfish. It’s okay to take some time out to work on your mental health. So if you ever feel overwhelmed or like your mental health may be deteriorating just remember it’s okay to take some time to work on it even though it may seem selfish.
Make “me” time- make sure you are taking some time out every day for some “me” time. It’s important to take some time to relax and do something you enjoy that helps you relax. Even if it means taking some time to do absolutely nothing.
