When I started writing this post I began thinking it’s kind of misleading… It really ought to be called ‘what’s in my everyday makeup bag’ because believe me, I really have so much more than what I’m going to tell you about. When I go on a night out or have an occasion to go to I really like to dress up and have a more dramatic makeup look, but generally, on a normal day, I don’t wear that much.
It’s taken me quite a few years of experimenting with different brands and products to find out what really works for my complexion. Foundation is 100% the most difficult thing to settle on. Over time, I’ve tried ones with a dewy finish, powder foundations and ones that are absolutely too thick and cakey.
