14 Healthy Lunch box Ideas

Lunch is commonly the second meal of the day, after breakfast.The meal varies in size depending on the culture and significant variations exist in different areas of the word. A balanced lunchbox  should contain :

1/  Carbohydrates- Low carbs, brown rice,whole wheat bread, oats, quinoa, oat bread and buns,Wheat pasta

2/ Veggie- Broccoli, Brussels sprout, bell paper, spring onion

3/ Fruits-Strawberries, blue berries, mango, melon, guava,

4/ Dairy-cheese,yogurt

5/ Protein- Sprouts, tofu

Here is some healthy lunch box ideas (I  did not add any sweets  and store baught food in lunch box). These lunch box is good for every one( kids and adult both).
