Few things to keep in mind before starting:
- Brownies are super fudgy, moist, and chocolaty, with crispy edges and crackly tops. They do not rise as a cake does but rather remain flat after baking. They are best enjoyed with a cup of hot tea/coffee/milk or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream along with chocolate syrup, nuts & fruits of your choice.
- Make sure that all the ingredients, used in the recipe, are at room temperature.
- Measure all the ingredients in measuring cups & spoons levelled to the brim, neither more nor less, just the exact quantity as is there in the recipe.
