The benefits of gardening in my case have been many. THE BENEFITS OF GARDENING:
1. It can help bring you to a state of calm.
Gardening can be a very therapeutic practice. Especially as a person with anxiety, I can vouch for how much the act of tending to plants has given me a sense of ease. Even being in the presence of plants can have an effect on you by slowing down your mind. Gardening helps you focus on only one task at a time, which helps reduce anxiety.
