I spend a little bit of time browsing through the Cycling Advice Facebook group and often I read the questions and they make me smile. My mind is taken back to those days when I first ventured into road cycling and had nobody to ask the same thing. At the time, I honestly didn’t think I needed to know too much beyond learning how to ride the bike, and I had learned that like most people at a very young age.
