So during this whole lock-down and self- isolation situation, I have been experimenting with different ingredients and trialing some healthy new treats to have. Cooking for me is so tranquil but only when I cook or bake by myself. I’ve always loved doughnuts but since being vegan, it has almost been impossible to find vegan doughnuts anywhere. But now being gluten free as well, it has become even more of a struggle. Then I thought why not come up with my own version of doughnuts that are healthy, easy to make, delicious and guilt-free. No fuss, accessible ingredients and so simple to follow. All you need is the ingredients as well as a doughnut tray. I just bought mine off amazon.
