Ingredients: 

  • Dry Ingredients:
    • 2 cup All purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Wet Ingredients
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 3 large Eggs
    • 2 stick Butter 
    • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract 
    • 2 cup Sugar
  • For Cream
    • 3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    • 50 gm Butter
    • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • For berry syrup
      • Black berry
      1/4 cup sugar
      1 cup water
