I love Avocados. I often make smoothies and milkshakes out of it. There are so many ways to make this. You can also add other fruits and nuts. This fruit is not available everywhere in my hometown. Its popular only in cities. So I make use of it now 🙂 There are numerous health benefits available in this fruit, so it’s good to add them to your diet.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Honey – 3 tbsp
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Process:

  1. First check the avocado and press on the top to see, whether it is ripe or not. If it is soft, which means the fruit is ready.
