Meal replacements have been a major part of my diet for well over 5 years now which is quite a large percentage of my life. If you had tried to tell me that 6/7 years ago I wouldn’t have bought into it.
The reason I started on meal replacements was what I would call desperation. I knew roughly what to eat but was getting my balance all wrong, I was working really long hours and studying at the same time while trying to get my workouts in as well. I started relying heavily on fast foods and processed ready-made meals etc that were quick and easy to cook up but it came at a price – My health – I was tired, drained and even worse I was putting weight on against my wishes but it all came to a stop in the December 2012.
