Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
2 sweet, ripe oranges (peeled and separated)
Note: Make sure to use seedless oranges, or to remove seeds before blending
2 cups soya milk (or other non-dairy milk)
5-6 ice cubes
Directions
1- place orange slices, bananas, ice cubes and 2 cups of soya milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice) in a regular household blender.
2. Blend until smooth and until no chuncks remain. Some pulp may remain from the fruit.
3. Place a strainer over a medium sized pitcher and pour liquid out of the blender; carefully straining out the pulp and any remaining pieces.
Note: Conserve the pulp to make muffins, breakfast bars, cookies, or any other type of sweet treat.
4. Pour into glasses or leave in pitcher to serve.
