On my blog my aim is to be as authentic and honest with you all as possible. I guess that most people would say their biggest stumbling block when it comes to travelling is the expense, however for me it was the fear of not being able to exercise. Confused? Let me explain… I’ve been on the most transformational fitness journey over the last few years, so let me give you a little background.
