Believe

I have finally arrived back home in Dubai… It’s all feeling a little surreal. Thats probably the best way to describe it. As I sit here writing this post I have my puppy sat by my side, I call her a puppy but really she isn’t anymore. Her name is Bella, she is a Siberian Husky and apparently she likes the taste of my fake tan.

I titled my post “BELIEVE”. Something I don’t do enough of. Something I don’t think most people do enough of. I’m not going to preach about the importance of believing in yourself, because, well, we all know it’s pretty essential. It’s easier said than done though. Instead I wanted to dedicate a post on how I stay motivated and a key element in motivation and consistency for me, is believing I can do it. Maybe some of these will help you to stay on…
