Smoothies are a great way to cool down in the summer, but you can also use them to help with some of your chronic illness symptoms! Now, smoothies are not going to be a replacement for medication or a treatment plan, but they are a great way to get the nutrition you need in a really tasty way.

Ginger and Berry Smoothie
