On the eve of 5thInternational Yoga Day, I am writing about How I practiced completing 108 Surya Namaskar.
On 16th June I along with another 847 participants completed 108 Surya Namaskar. It was an exciting experience. It is heartening to note that out of the total 848 participants 95% were women. This shows women are now taking fitness seriously. If you are a woman and not doing anything effective for your fitness, I think you have misplaced priorities in life.
