While studying a lot of us experience sleepiness or laziness. We don’t find the energy to keep going, and this effects concentration which leads to an overall impact on our studies. There are a couple of things that you can do to not feel lazy all the time.
Drink a lot of Water
Water ensures that all the toxic waste keeps getting rid of your body and helps in making you feel fresh.
Exercise releases happy hormones. It might sound strange but a half an hour of exercise session makes you feel energized.
Eat after regular intervals
Don’t stay hungry for long. Eat when you feel low on energy or sleepy. Stay away from oily and fatty food as it makes one more sleepy.
Proper sleep at night
Sleep for 6-8 hours every night. Proper sleep is very important for you to not keep yawing the next day.
