Feeling the depth of Life

We can often have a feeling that life us against us, trying to thwart our plans for happiness, freedom and joy which we have so carefully laid out in our mind. But the truth is that there is a greater plan, and it doesn’t involve us simply getting what we want, becoming successful in our chosen field, or finding someone (or a group of people) who will love and appreciate us.

Life is an intelligent, conscious and loving force which wants to be fully manifested and embodied through you. It wants to fully occupy your heart, to restore full health and vitality to every cell of your body, and to illuminate your mind, like the Sun shining in a cloudless blue sky.

Often we think about life, talk about its purpose, speculate on its meaning, but the true essence of life is to be felt within, experientially rather than cerebrally…
