In our lifetime, we are given one body to take care of, to nurture and strengthen to the best of our ability. Eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis are fundamental components, but there are several other factors to consider. Ever wondered why it’s important to balance strengthening your cardio, arms, legs and core throughout a workout rather than focusing a couple each day? I’m excited to offer some examples of balanced workouts and, of course, explain why your coaches told you to drink as much water and stretch after practice as they did.
