Where do you see yourself in 12 weeks? Reading a new book, on vacation or trying out a new hairstyle? Although it may seem too far into the future, it’s enough time to make a goal an everyday habit. There’s a quote I came across recently which goes something like this:

It takes four weeks for you to notice your body changing, eight weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks, don’t quit.”
