Hoi An was probably our favourite place in Vietnam, if not our favourite in South East Asia all together. Even the eminent arrival of Typhoon Haiyan couldn’t dampen our spirits (thankfully she just swung away from us before she hit the coast.) We even did a cooking class at the Green Bamboo cooking class, which also involved a lengthy shop at the local markets, while the town busily evacuated itself.IMG_6493-Edit
