Something I have always loved is the beauty of comic artwork. I not only admire the time and effort put into drawing and redrawing characters in scenes (not to mention the fact that these characters are drawn perfectly at every angle), but also the level of skill it takes to be able to draw frames in a way that shows the reader mood, story pace, and character relations in a format that is interesting and easy to read.
I can’t help but love to style in which popular western comics have been developed. The level of detail and use of shadow and colour in these pictures are, as an artist, something I very much aim to achieve.
