I hope you are all well and keeping safe! It can be difficult to disconnect your mind during tough times especially when you are confined in your home not knowing what’s going to happen in the upcoming weeks. One thing that really helped me during this difficult period is not watching the news regularly.
I realised the more I watched it frequently, the more anxious I was so I would highly recommend to avoid the news as much as you can if it’s something you are struggling with as well.
