Very interesting info that can benefit everyone. I had read about the benefits of breathing exercises and already used some of them when I was stressed or wanted deep relaxation.
When I had Ayurvedic massages (which are great and I recommend), the practitioner would advise me to start the day with breathing exercises, because it would benefit me both physically and mentally. I never really did it but she knew what she was saying. The problem was on my end, not being able to stick to new routines sometimes.
