My skin type | Combination: Dry spots, sometimes oily T-zone, prone to breakouts

Though my skin is combination, my primary concern has always been my dryness.

I have dry spots above my lip and near the corners, around my eyelids and nostrils, and occasionally in very random spots (like one that appeared today, on the side of my forehead…). I have eczema, so this has been normal for most of my life and I figured I’d always have to just deal with them through band-aid solutions like slathering on moisturizers and petroleum jelly 20 times a day.

Allergy season makes everything worse: I get itchy eyes, and just a quick itch turns into a dry patch that lasts for the next few days.
