Having a friend you’d consider a sister is more important as an adult as it was as a child. If you’re fortunate enough, you’ll have that person from your childhood into adulthood. However, as you begin to find yourself, you’ll notice that your desires and needs within a friendship will change and no matter how much you’d hate to admit it, but the friends you surround yourself with will have to change according to your needs.
