Everyone is thinking about the beach and getting a beach-ready body this summer. The warmer weather means that we change some of our daily routine to make it more convenient for us to go about our daily lives. Here are some tips to keep yourself and your family healthy this summer despite the heat and even while you’re boosting your exercise regimen for the beach.
1. Apply Your Sunscreen
Protect yourself from the sun’s harmful UV rays with daily sunscreen application. Make sure to apply it as instructed and do it daily, liberally and re-apply especially when going outdoors. Choose one with higher Sun Protection Factor (SPF) when planning to stay under the sun for a long time, like going to the beach for several hours of swimming.
