Earlier this month, I went away on holidays (read all about it here). It was great, but I quickly realised, that if I was going to stay feeling well, in an all-inclusive, I had so set some ground rules. I figured I would share them, for all my fellow vacationers out there.
- Water is your best friend: I brought my own tumbler, and it never left my hip! It’s a pretty universal thing, and if you get actual potable water, chances are, it will keep your tummy happy. Maybe your going somewhere hot, and then, hydration is extra important! I brought my double wall cup and it kept my water cold all day!
- Try and theme your meals: I admit, this can be hard, and you don’t have to be super strict about it, but if you dedicate one of your dinners to pasta and salad…
