I think many people want to tackle weight loss but are unsure of what to do and fall into a pattern of yo-yo dieting which actually increases weight gain over time.

It’s actually a really simple process that is over complicated by companies taking advantage of people with new fad diets, pills or shakes that promise “instant weight loss”. The fact that people make money off this is deplorable but that’s for another rant. What I want you to do when it comes to weight loss is focus on these three things;
