Well, that’s it for another year.
20 Books of Summer ends today and for myself, it has been a great success.
All 5166 pages were read and then some!
I read and reviewed all 20 books – although a lot of those review were mini ones, which I had promised myself I would try to avoid. Time constraints meant that full reviews just weren’t possible this time round. Maybe next year…
I think a lot of the success of my challenge this year is down to the fact that I picked well this year and really enjoyed nearly all of my choices.
Stand outs were Hateship, Friendship, Courtship, Loveship, Marriage by Alice Munro; Midwinter Break by Bernard MacLaverty; Don’t Skip Out On Me by Willy Vlautin and Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury.
