Since I’ve got a lot of positive feedback from my blog post where I talked about the 10 things that had an impact on my happiness, I really wanted to share my favourite things to do for anxiety relief and positivity.
I’ve never discussed about my anxiety before to anyone online nor on my blog and I know loads of people talk openly about it which is a good thing but it’s not a subject that I feel comfortable talking about it but nevertheless I wanted to share with you the things I do to boost my positivity!
