Taking dieting breaks! How to stay motivated?
So many of us get into dieting with motivation and we stick to our diets for 1-2 weeks. However, sometime through that period, you will notice that you want to go back to your old eating habits.
All of sudden, you just want to have a soda today, but it’s only one time. You tell yourself, let me go out and eat today since I haven’t been able to for two weeks. Next thing you know, you have falling back to your old habits and feel regret.
There are internal and external factors that work against us that force us into bad eating habits. Those factors could be economical such as costs, and income, or just psychological because we are not disciplined enough to break those old habits that are unbreakable. Or are they breakable?
