My last weekend Tea Party – Kinder Chocolate and Strawberry Milk Digestive Mini cakes.

I had a really nice plan for this extremely cold April weekend (dear London’s weather, it is the end of April, not the beginning of January!). Since I left work on Friday afternoon, I have managed to buy all of the cake products I needed, and all I wanted to do on Friday’s evening was to bake. Extremely fun you might say sarcastically, for me it is literally fun. Ive started with two cakes for my afternoon tea party, both chocolates, but different variations. My favorite chocolate for a long time was Kinder Chocolate, and one of the cakes has been dedicated to this flavour. It was very fun to try all of the cream ideas and techniques to actually find the one who will taste exactly the same, but hey, I’ve found it!
