Boredom is not an isolated feeling. This hits almost everyone at one point or another.  In the office set-up, there will be times when one just stare at his computer monitor with no apparent reason at all. It is not like he does not know what to do, but sometimes everything seems to be so habitual that the lack of energy and interest may be felt in at instant.
