Fuelless Flight

On a fight for a renewable plant a new innovation in the field has been quite successful.  The Solar Impulse 2 is a fully solar plan and has been fighting 26 hours consecutively. It has a wingspan of 72m which is massive. The most common plane in the world is the Boeing 747 and this has a wingspan of 62 meters. Although the wingspan is bigger the length, it’s a bit of an odd shape but this is need to keep the weight down and keep it more aerodynamic.

I is only a 1 man ship and even though there is prospects to make this commercial the speculation leads me to believe the technology will be integrated onto new planes and make a hybrid. There next mission for this voyage is a 5 day fighting consecutively witch is more of a mental challenge for the pilot than just fighting around.
