If you haven’t noticed we have been absent for the past week.  This was due to our computer’s hard drive crashing and the pain of trying to recover the lost data.  The best way to describe this experience is having a virtual house fire and losing everything. Some may be shaking their heads thinking, why didn’t you have your hard drive backed up and others may not know what we are talking about.  Either way, we are going to give you the basics on how to avoid having this heartbreaking experience.
