This recipe has been one of my most highly requested recipe- and one of the most popular on my old blog/Pinterest. So, of course I had to share it again!! I still eat these all the time with great pleasure!

These muffins have become one of my favorite quick breakfasts and snacks. They’re packed with protein, fiber, and fairly low in sugar. They’re a whopping 200 calories per muffin, and they’ve got so many good, natural ingredients in them. PLUS they taste like dessert!

Speaking of dessert, these are also INCREDIBLE with Nutella spread on top. Oh yum!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Makes 12

What You’ll Need:

+ 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (you can use whole wheat if you’d like)

+ 2 Tablespoons ground flax seed

+ 1 teaspoon baking powder
