I am Not a Bike Geek

Since a week, I’ve decided I want a bike. Not a fancy-expensive-stupid bike. Just a normal bike. The thing is, I don’t need a bike. My work is ten minutes walking from home, and I love walking. But still, I want a bike. Do I start to transform myself into a Bike Geek?

Bike Geeks is a special kind I discovered first in Belgium. I’ve lost them in France, but I then found them back, stronger than ever, in SF. What is a Bike Geek? I see two types of BG (Bike Geeks): The first type does everything on its bike – Must Belgian and Asian people are this kind of BG – They go for school, work, tours on week-end, shopping, coffee, they even walk their babies on bikes.
